Yao and ying is the last name of Maryma’s two daughters and it also mean to be plentiful and pure like pearl’s endearing qualities.
This logo expressed the yearning and expectation for the pearl’s qualities .
3.How can I ensure the pearls I receive are real cultured pearls?
We supply 100% real freshwater pearls and seawater pearls ,if you need Authenticity certificate charge extra USD5 from texting center of each item.
4.SHIPPING
a. When will the order be delivered?
Parcel will be shipped within 3 business days after your order was made. If there is a holiday, the delivery period will be extended accordingly .
b. What is the delivery day ?
At the moment we mainly use two way for sending goods for our customer.E-package for slow delivery and Fedex for fast delivery .
If you select slow delivery like e-package as your shipping method, delivery will be between 20 -35 business days. If you choose express like Fedex as your shipping method, delivery will be 7-10 days.
c. How can I track my orders?
The below are two way for you to track your parcel when goods are sent .

d. What is the dilivery cost for order?
As we list two way for sending goods ,e-package and Fedex .
For E-package it is about USD4 per parcel base on 0.5 kgs of goods ,and for Fedex it is about USD30 base on 0.5kg of goods.
5.How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If the parcel have already been shipped, it is regret we can not help and change the delivery address. So please kindly confirm your delivery address when you place your order .
6.Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?
The reason is mainly because your package is still in transit on our side .Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.
7.What can I do if I did not receive but tracking says delivered?
Packages might be delivered to your mail box . You can check in your mail box and with your neighbors first or ask your nearest local post office with the tracking number supplied to them.

The logistics company did not update the delivery status of the goods on the system in time, but it will be updated when the goods arrive at the next delivery point .
